residential architects in 2014

What’s in store for our residential architects in 2014?

The first month of 2014 is drawing to a close, and what a year it’s shaping up to be. Since we came back to work at the start of January, looking and feeling fresh and a little bit chubbier than our 2013 counterparts, we’ve been inundated with calls and enquiries from London homeowners who have decided (wisely, might we add) that 2014 will be the year that they realise their perfect home dreams. In order to keep up with the growing demand for our services, we’ve made a few New Year’s Resolutions of our own that are almost as ambitious as all of your loft conversion and home extension plans!

To start with, we’ll be restructuring our architect costs in 2014 and highlighting the range of services and packages we have available to suit homeowners with different needs, budgets and who are at different stages in their loft conversion or home extension journeys.

In the coming months, we’ll be encouraging more interaction between past, current and future clients, showing off projects, sharing planning wins and writing more helpful blog posts about everything from the process of hiring an architect to what to expect when you finally take the plunge and undertake building work. So, if you haven’t followed, liked or added us to your circles yet, now would be the ideal time to do so!
